Box contents

Whether you are a novice or an experienced amateur, this box set will guide you in the discovery of an ancestral ritual: the tea ceremony.

Designed to offer you an authentic and refined experience, this box set includes our organic ceremonial matcha, without bitterness and renowned for its exceptional quality, as well as our bamboo whisk (chasen), an essential accessory for obtaining perfect foam and a creamy texture.

Use

Preparing matcha tea with our set is simple:

Add a level teaspoon of ceremonial matcha powder to a bowl.

Add a little hot water (between 70 and 75°C)

Use the chasen and make a "W" motion to achieve a smooth mixture and a light foam. The whisk should touch the bottom and sides of the bowl without pressing down hard. About twenty seconds is enough.

Enjoy your matcha as is, as in Japanese tradition.

For a milder drink, add more water or opt for a matcha latte by incorporating hot or cold milk of your choice.

An invitation to the matcha ceremony

Matcha is much more than just a drink: it's an art, a ceremony, a moment suspended in time. With our matcha discovery set, we invite you to discover the very essence of this Japanese tradition. Every step, from dosage to preparation, contributes to the creation of a drink with multiple benefits.

We've selected a ceremonial-grade matcha for you, sourced from environmentally friendly organic farming. Its vibrant green color and silky texture reveal a palette of subtle aromas without bitterness.

Enjoy the purity of organic matcha without bitterness

Our organic matcha is an invitation to serenity. More than just a green tea, it embodies a moment of well-being that revitalizes the body and soothes the mind. Rich in antioxidants, L-theanine, and vitamins, it helps you maintain optimal concentration while promoting deep relaxation. Grown in Japan using environmentally friendly methods, it is sourced from sustainable agriculture that preserves biodiversity. We collaborate with committed producers to ensure cultivation without pesticides or chemicals, in harmony with the environment. Each sip of this matcha tea is a pure, delicate experience, devoid of bitterness, perfect for everyday consumption.

The chasen, the traditional accessory

The chasen, or matcha whisk, is the essential accessory for successfully preparing matcha tea. Designed to harmoniously blend the powder with water, it helps prevent lumps and achieve a light, frothy texture. Unlike a simple spoon or a traditional blender, it ensures a consistent infusion that enhances the aromas of green tea.

Made from natural bamboo, our chasen is precisely carved into dozens of thin, flexible stems. This traditional craftsmanship ensures excellent durability and optimal use. Each strand is designed to efficiently whisk matcha tea, creating a perfect emulsion and airy foam, faithful to the Japanese tea ceremony.
